from Pip at Meet at Mikes
I've always wanted to get past the basic chain stitch in crocheting, but all the books I try to read and follow just make me impatient and my stitches start to look very messy.

Thanks to Pip over at Meet at Mikes she's given tutorials on how to make "granny squares". With the help of the tutorials, I'm hoping by Thanksgiving I can make one!
If you would like to join me in this complicated (to me) endeavor sign up here! Every week I'll add a new tutorial on crocheting.
Even if you have experience, join in the fun!
I'm very excited!

Thanks Pip!
Good luck!

I have a bunch of squares floating around for different projects. I need the weather to cool down before I continue.
ReplyDeleteThe squares are easy enough, it's connecting them that I'm having trouble with...and not getting distracted by different color combination before I finish one blanket (I have two going right now, talk about commitment issues!)
